We are passionate about championing local produce and seasonal ingredients and keeping food miles as low as we can. Wherever possible, we source our ingredients from producers within Jersey and the British Isles. Below are some of our key suppliers.

Dairy products: Jersey Dairy

World renowned Jersey cows produce some of the richest and best milk in the world.

The produce we use from Jersey Dairy is essential in making so many of our dishes extra special. The milk, cream, butter and yoghurt we serve is exclusively from Jersey Dairy.

Jersey Royals and brassicas: Manor Farm

Christine and Didier Hellio are a husband and wife team growing a range of crops at their farm in St Ouen.

They supply us with fresh vegetables including the famous Jersey Royal potatoes, dug that morning and delivered straight to our door.

Jersey beef, Jersey wagyu beef and kefir: Blanc Pignon Farm

A Jersey dairy farm since 1942 and now Jersey's only independent dairy producer, offering a range of artisan dairy produce as well as the finest quality pasture fed Jersey and Jersey wagyu beef.

Oysters: The Jersey Oyster Company

Producing Pacific Oysters in Jersey for over forty years and now run by Chris Le Masurier, a third-generation oyster farmer.

All of their oysters are harvested from The Royal Bay of Grouville on the east of the Island where you’ll find some of the best quality water in Europe.
