Roast free-range turkey breast (minimum of 8 persons)
Confit turkey leg, pig-in-blanket, roast potatoes and parsnips, brioche sauce, Brussels sprouts, sage and onion stuffing, spiced cranberries, turkey jus

Grilled sea bass fillet
Lobster bisque risotto, samphire, tender leeks, crispy shallots, green onion oil

Dauphinoise pithivier (v)
Creamed watercress, buttered leeks, caramelised onion puree, Parisienne potatoes, truffle cream sauce
