Join us for an exclusive BBQ cookery demonstration where our Executive Chef, Will Holland, will guide you through the techniques and skills needed to create a selection of impressive summer dishes.

Spatchcock chicken marinated in strawberry and tarragon
Whole stuffed sea bream cooked ‘en papillote’
Charred halloumi
Tomato couscous, toasted samphire, elderflower vierge sauce
Jersey Royals cooked in the embers dressed with onion ash and green onion oil
