The Atlantic Hotel and Ocean Restaurant Celebrates Five Years of AA Four Rosette Excellence
The Atlantic Hotel is delighted to announce that Ocean Restaurant has retained its prestigious AA Four Rosette rating for the fifth consecutive year under the leadership of Executive Chef, Will Holland. This accolade was revealed at the 2024 AA Hospitality Awards ceremony, held on Monday, 23rd September at the iconic Grosvenor House in London.
Ocean Restaurant continues to be one of only three restaurants in Jersey to achieve a Four Rosette rating, a reflection of its exceptional culinary standards. Ocean Restaurant has also retained its AA Notable Wine List Award, showcasing Head Sommelier, Alexandru Dan’s dedication to providing an outstanding wine experience alongside the exquisite cuisine.
