The Atlantic Hotel wins Three AA Rosettes
The Atlantic Hotel, Jersey (theatlantichotel.com) has been awarded three AA Rosettes in the 2019 AA Restaurant Guide, one of the AA’s most prestigious accolades. The award was presented at the AA Hospitality Awards at the Grosvenor House Hotel on Park Lane on Monday 24th September 2018.
AA Rosettes are awarded to outstanding restaurants that achieve standards which demand national recognition well beyond their local area. This year has been one of substantial development of the F&B offering at The Atlantic Hotel. The arrival of executive chef Will Holland, ably supported by sous chef Adam Braithwaite, has seen a complete reworking of the a la carte menu, breakfast menu and lounge menu. In addition, Will and his brigade have introduced exciting new options including a daily changing market menu which is based on the freshest, seasonal Jersey produce and a ‘Little One’s Menu’ for budding gastro-kids.
In March 2018 the Tasting Room at Ocean Restaurant was launched, seating just 14 diners and showcasing a seven course tasting menu offering an extraordinary celebration of the very best local ingredients and finest produce sourced from Jersey and its waters. Front of house, the food and beverage team is now led by Jaroslav Sedlacek who has taken food and beverage service at the hotel to a new level.
