The Atlantic Hotel’s Ocean Restaurant to Host Exclusive Culinary Collaboration with Ricki Weston

The Atlantic Hotel is delighted to announce an extraordinary dining event at Ocean Restaurant on Friday 11 April 2025, as Executive Chef Will Holland welcomes Ricki Weston, Executive Chef at the acclaimed Whatley Manor, for an exclusive four-hands five-course dinner.

Ricki Weston has been at the helm of Whatley Manor’s culinary offering since January 2022, overseeing its Michelin-starred Dining Room, Grey’s restaurant, and the hotel’s full food and beverage experience. His culinary journey has included time at Restaurant Sat Bains and South Lodge Hotel’s Michelin-starred restaurant, The Pass. Known for his innovative approach and focus on exceptional British ingredients, Ricki brings a unique style that blends traditional techniques with a modern edge.

For one night only, guests at Ocean Restaurant will have the opportunity to experience an extraordinary collaboration between two of the UK’s most celebrated chefs. Will Holland’s distinctive style will be complemented by Ricki Weston’s flair and innovation, resulting in a five-course tasting menu that promises an unforgettable gastronomic journey.
